# Family & caregivers

> Invite co-parents, grandparents, and sitters so everyone shares the same up-to-date balances.

A Kredz family is a shared space. The **admin** who created it can invite other
adults as **caregivers**, so the numbers stay in sync no matter who's on duty.

## Roles

  Children are always **read-only**. A child can see their own balance and
  history, but can't change rules or record transactions.

## Inviting a caregiver

    From the dashboard, go to your family settings.

    Enter the caregiver's email. Kredz emails them a secure invitation link.

    The caregiver creates or signs into their account and joins your family.

## Managing invitations

An invitation is **pending** until it's accepted, and it expires after a while
for security.

* **Resend** an invite if it expired or was missed.
* **Revoke** a pending invite you no longer want to honor.
* Once accepted, the caregiver appears in your family list.

  One Kredz subscription covers the whole family — the admin, every caregiver you
  invite, and your kids. There's nothing extra to buy per person.

## Removing someone

You can remove a caregiver from the family at any time. They lose access to your
family's balances and history immediately; the records they created stay in the
history.
