If you subscribed on an Apple device
Apple manages billing for subscriptions purchased on iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. To change or cancel:Open Apple subscription settings
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then
select Kredz.
If you subscribed on the web
Web subscriptions are managed through our web payment provider’s customer portal, which you can reach from your Kredz account settings:Canceling
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (or the end of your free trial). You’re never charged after you cancel.What happens to your data
Canceling ends billing — it does not delete your family. Your balances and
history are preserved, and resubscribing picks up right where you left off.
Refunds
- Apple purchases: refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
