You can permanently delete your Kredz account at any time, from right inside the app. Deletion is final, so it’s worth exporting a copy of your data first.

Export your data first

Before you delete anything, you can download a copy of your family’s data — your children, rules, balances, and full transaction history.
1

Open settings

Go to Settings in the web or mobile app.
2

Request your data

Choose Export my data. Kredz prepares a copy you can download and keep.
Exporting is a good idea even if you’re only switching devices — it’s your family’s record to keep.

Delete your account

1

Open settings

Go to Settings → Account.
2

Choose Delete account

Select Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to re-enter your password.
3

It's permanent

Your account and your family’s data are deleted.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your sign-in and cascades to your family’s profiles, rules, balances, and the entire transaction history. Export anything you want to keep first.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in (the auth account)
  • Your family and its children
  • All rules
  • All balances and the complete transaction history

A note on subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. If you subscribed on an Apple device, also cancel through Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. See Managing & canceling.
