Kredz is built around family data, including information about children, so we take privacy and security seriously by design.

Your family’s data is isolated

Every family’s information is walled off from every other family at the database level. One family can never see or change another family’s balances, rules, or history — this isolation is enforced by the server, not just hidden in the app.

We collect as little about children as possible

The adult who creates a family confirms they’re the parent or guardian providing consent for the children in it. Children’s accounts are read-only: a child can view their own balance but can’t change anything.

Sign-in and access

• You sign in with your email and password.
• Caregivers you invite get their own sign-in; you can revoke a pending invite or remove a caregiver at any time.
• Removing someone cuts off their access to your family immediately.
